As a spa guest, we ask that you:
Give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. In the case of a same day cancellation or if
you were to not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit those services booked for that day. This
policy is a courtesy to the therapist, and so we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients.
Should there be a history of repeat cancellations a credit card deposit will be required to book any future
appointments. We understand that emergency situations do arise however our cancellation policy is strict
and there are no exceptions!
